Always a fan of shrunken heads!! I painted this back in about 1998 and have done many more since!! I even painted one on the trunk of my 59 cadillac about 8 years ago.. This was done with acrylics on canvas.. Even though i painted this awhile back it's still my favorite..
I have been painting quite a few (used) surf boards these days and really love to paint on them.. Its totally different than painting on canvas.. They seem to have a energy to them that i cant really explain.. I imagine the thousands of waves they have ridden have captured the spirit of the rider and the ocean... Man i sound like a fikkin' hippie!! HaaaaAAaa!!!
The above image of the sad little monkey was probably one of the cuter tattoo's i did in the past few weeks, although i did quite few cool friggin' tat's this month!! Thanks to all of my Kool clients!
Ok folks!! Here are a few rough sketches i have done... The one below made it into my 72 page hotrod monster coloring book... The one above was done for a client for a tattoo... Eeeek Eeeek!!
